I wanted this really cool PDF on low cost PR for your business. I knew I’d have to give up some of my info on a sign up form to get something for free but I wasn’t prepared for this:

So not only are ALL fields required (I wonder how many peeps drop off this sucker) but you then have to try and figure out what the CAPTCHA says!!

KISS is the best in my opinion, just get the minimum that you need to reach back out via email marketing or a phone call.
