What if your workflow is more like a work trickle?

It’s more than a buzzword: to have a successful business, you need a successful workflow. And to take your business to the next level, it’s important to research different ways to improve the workflow of things like your email marketing campaigns.

Perhaps the best way to transform your email marketing workflows is to integrate Vertical Response and Zoho. Keep reading to discover how to accomplish such integration and what this can mean for your business!

What Is Vertical Response?

With our guide, you’ll be integrating vertical response with Zoho in no time. Before we get to how you can do this, though, we need to further explain what both Vertical Response and Zoho are.

Vertical Response primarily serves to evolve your email marketing campaigns. With automated features and rich analytics, Vertical Response can help you achieve a 40% higher email open rate than you currently have.

Simply using Vertical Response as a standalone platform is enough to set your business apart from the competition. But once you combined Vertical Response and Zoho, your business will be unstoppable!

What Is Zoho?

Now you know more about what Vertical Response can do for your email marketing efforts. But what is Zoho all about?

Rather than being a single app, Zoho is a platform composed of more than 45 different apps. And these apps help you with CRM, financial management, IT troubleshooting, digital marketing, and so much more. It can even help a newbie entrepreneur open an online store.

On paper, Zoho is designed to be a kind of “all-in-one” business platform. In reality, though, its digital marketing apps don’t offer enough versatility for a business hoping to launch a killer email campaign.

By integrating Vertical Response and Zoho, you can enjoy the best of both worlds. And if you’re still on the fence about such integration, it’s important to learn more about the different features that each platform offers.

Important Vertical Response Features

Between the two platforms, Vertical Response is more specialized. As we noted before, this platform was designed for a single purpose: to boost your email marketing efforts.

Some of the features of Vertical Response are more basic, but they are still essential to the success of your business. This includes the ability to browse templates and create professional-looking emails with the touch of a button. This platform will also help you design slick landing pages to refer your customers to via CTAs embedded within the email.

Other features are a bit more specialized. For example, the ability to automatically send follow-up emails helps 40% more of your audience open the message than otherwise would. And email automation options can help you send emails based on certain customer triggers, allowing you to reach the customer when they are as warm as possible. Finally, analytics features and the ability to quickly set up A/B testing helps you make every email campaign better than the one before.

Important Zoho Features

Now you know what Vertical Response is all about. But what kinds of unique features does Zoho bring to the table?

As we noted above, Zoho has over 45 different apps, each with its own specialized purpose. For the purpose of saving time, we are only going to focus on some of the key features this platform offers to your business.

Zoho’s CRM Plus lets you create a more unified customer service experience for customers and employees alike. And the helpful AI assistant ensures that every customer interaction is an opportunity to improve your business.

The Workplace app is a great way to streamline employee communication and coordinate different teams. It also makes working from home easy, which is important since so many businesses switched partially or even fully to remote work.

Smaller businesses, in particular, may benefit from Zoho’s People Plus app. This app was designed from the ground up to streamline the entire HR process. No matter the size of your HR team, this app makes sure that you hire only the very best candidate.

We have now reviewed the different features and benefits that Vertical Response and Zoho have to offer. Now, let’s get down to the business of how to integrate these platforms.

How To Integrate Zoho and Vertical Response

Integrating Vertical response with Zoho is very easy. In fact, you can get everything started with just a few easy steps!

First, you’ll need to set up accounts with both Zoho and Vertical Response if you have not done so already. Next, open SalesIQ in Zoho and click on Settings, then Developer Space, then Integrations. After that, you can click on Vertical Response.

On the Mad Mimi dashboard, you should see the following two options: Identifier Link and Smart Identifier Link. Each of these offers important options for your business.

The Identifier Link lets you easily find the name and email of people who visited your website by clicking a link in a marketing email. With standard Identifier Links, you must set things up manually at first by pasting the embedded link in the Enter the Website Link field and clicking Generate. After that, you can copy the generated link and add it to your next email.

Smart Identifier Links automate much of this process by embedding identifier parameters directly into a tracking image. By putting that image into your emails to easily identify recipient names and emails when they click on the image.

To identify visitors from a Vertical Response campaign, you just need to include the right parameter after the backlinks you use in your marketing emails. This is the parameter: ?siq_name={FIRST_NAME} {LAST_NAME}&siq_email={EMAIL_ADDRESS}
