I was fortunate enough to attend Opening Day baseball here in San Francisco. The day after the game, we got a great email from the San Francisco Giants thanking us for coming to the game. I just though it had some nice elements.

Just a few things missing:

  • The Feedback mechanism could have been a link to a survey, this way all of the comments can be easily compiled and reported on.
  • There should have been a “follow us on Twitter” link or a “share on Facebook” link to get this message to a wider audience.
  • The “Buy Tickets” button on the bottom could be bigger.

All in all a great email. Are you doing Thank You email marketing campaigns? How are they working?
