We had quite a few of our customers reach out to us asking for weekend support. We’ll we heard your feedback and we understand that for small businesses the work never stops, even on the weekend!

Weekend support is now available! Initially the weekend support hours are 8:30 – 5:00 pm PDT. While we are working out all the kinks to this newly added service the best way to reach us on the weekend is via email or chat. If you would rather speak to one of our representatives the wait time will probably be just a little bit longer than our weekday service at the beginning.

Our customer support, which is provided free to all VerticalResponse users, has been rated as one of the best in the business and we feel this is one of the biggest reasons we’re successful. They’re here to help you with the initial set up of your account, your first email, and anything else you need assistance with.
